Register for a Temporary Electronic Library Card

If you are a Colchester resident who does not have a library card you can sign up for a temporary e-card to access the library's digital services. The electronic library card will be good for thirty days. Stop by the Library within 30 days to complete the library card registration to obtain a physical card and full lending privileges.
