Registrar of Voters


The office of the Registrar of Voters will be open from 9am to 8pm on October 26, 2021. 
This will be the last regular in-person voter registration session before the Municipal Election on November 2, 2021
All mail-in and online registration applications must be received or postmarked by October 26, 2021.


There will be a testing of the ballots and the voting machine tabulators to be held on Tuesday, October 26, 2021 at Town Hall in Meeting Room 1 at 9:00 am. The public is invited to observe. 



 All regular polling places will be open for voting for the Municipal Election on November 2, 2021 from 6 a.m. - 8 p.m.

The Registrars follow the statutes and laws of the Secretary of The State which are monitored by the State’s Election Enforcement Commission. The registrars budget is established and supported by the town. The Registrars’ of Voters are responsible for running local, state & federal elections, referenda & primaries for the town while adhering to state election laws. Maintaining the voter database for the town through voter registration & a yearly canvass is integral to the voting process & follows state election laws.
