Notary Services

Notary Services are available in the Town Clerk's Office.

A notary is available during all business hours.

We cannot notarize the Employment Eligibility Verification form (I-9), wills, living wills, Power of Attorneys (POA for Motor Vehicles OK) or Trusts.

Any documents that pertain to Colchester Land Records (ie: mortgage, deed, modifications, etc.) cannot be notarized by the Town Clerk's Office. 

Please do not sign your document until you are in front of the Notary.
