Income and Expense Report Filing
Owners of Commercial Real Estate and/or Rental Properties (5+ units) are required to file annual Income and Expense Reports. The deadline to file the form with the Assessor’s Office is: BY June 1st annually. Failure to file by June 1st will result in a 10% assessment penalty. Forms are available to print and download below or you may stop in the Assessor’s Office M-F 8:30AM--4:30PM, Th 8:30AM--7:00PM to pick them up if necessary..
