Update #4: Rapid At-Home Covid-19 Test Kits and N95 Masks Distribution

Dear Colchester Residents, 

The Rapid At-Home Covid-19 test kits and N95 masks have arrived.  The following is our distribution plan: 

Date/Time:           Tuesday, 01/04/2022 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm (drive thru)
Location:              21 Mill Hill Road (Fire Department Training Facility) right near Exit 17 eastbound
           Kits:                     One per household while supplies last.  There are two tests per kit.  (first come, first served)
           Masks:                 Two per adult member while supplies last (first come, first served)

***Proof of residency with a driver’s license or mail with Colchester address will be REQUIRED to receive these items.

Once on Mill Hill Road, continue to the gated entrance of the Fire Department Training Facility. Traffic will enter from Mill Hill one way onto Volunteer Drive (gravel road).  Cars will remain single file and enter a large parking lot where kits and masks will be distributed.

We strongly encourage those who are symptomatic or have had prolonged exposure to someone with Covid make the effort to obtain these kits. Upon receiving your test kit and masks, you will be directed to exit via Linwood Cemetery Road.  A team on the ground will guide everyone along the way and there will also be a police presence.
