Senior Center Building Contract

Attached are AIA-101 and AIA 201, which comprise the proposed contract between the Town of Colchester and BRD Builders for the construction of the new Senior Center. Also attached is the Certificate of Authenticity and the Insurance requirements which also become part of the contract. These documents were prepared after discussions and negotiations between Tony Tarnowski, Mike Clifford of BRD Builders, and Bob O'Brien of Shipman Goodwin, representing the Town, and Peter Strniste, who represented BRD Builders.
