Charter language for transition of offices, C-1503: The terms of all elected officials shall commence on the second Monday following the date of the applicable municipal election. All elected officials shall hold office until either their successors are elected and qualified or they resign from such office.
All elected officials will be sworn in and hold office on Monday, November 18, 2019.
