9/11 Remembrance Ceremony

The Colchester community is invited to join first responders, police, and veterans as we honor the lives lost 20 years ago on 9/11. It is our goal to provide residents with an opportunity to reflect on the tragedies that occurred on September 11, 2001, in ways that are both reverential and unifying. Our nation came together in an unprecedented way following the terrorist attacks 20 years ago.

There will be a march from the Town Hall to the Town Green beginning at 8:00am, arriving at the Town Green around 8:15 am. The ceremony will begin at this time. The community is asked to meet on the Town Green. Refreshments will be served after the ceremony for all in attendance.
