1 1/2 story, vinyl-sided structure set to the rear of the lot. Originally believed to be an outbuilding of the house at 23 Hayward Avenue, the 24’x24’ structure now serves as a small residence. The building features a gabled roof and a two-bay facade detailed with small rectangular openings and an enclosed front porch. There are no windows on the side elevations and a random placement of windows on the rear.

Historical or Architectual Importance

Vernacular, front-gabled design. The structure was gutted in 1982 and made into a two-family residence.
