On March 6, 2022, Officer Skipper (that cute, furry little black lab) and Corporal Scheel will be joining Puppies Behind Bars partners from Waterford Police, Groton Town Police, and Southern CT State University Police in participating in the Penguin plunge to benefit Special Olympics CT.
