Fair Rent Commission
The Colchester Fair Rent Commission shall have all powers as enumerated in C.G.S. §§ 7-148b, 7-148c, 7-148d, 7-148e and 7-148f, as now existing and as hereinafter amended.
The Commission meets on an as needed basis to respond to requests and needs of citizens. The time commitment for this position is approximately 2 hours when the Commission does meet -- which is infrequent. Please call the First Selectman's office if you are interested.
