What is Colchester Renters Rebate?
Renters Rebate is a reimbursement program for Connecticut renters who are elderly or totally disabled, and whose incomes do not exceed certain limits.
How to Apply?
Call our office for an appointment to apply. Applications accepted April 1-September 30.
Paperwork Needed to Apply
~Proof of rent paid for 2023
~Proof of utilities paid for 2023 (Water/Heat/Electric)
~Proof of all household income for 2023
~2023 tax return (If applicable)
~Proof of energy assistance award (if applicable)
