Join Colchester Youth & Social Services and United Community & Family Services at their upcoming Community Conversation on Wednesday, February 6th!
You will hear a panel of young adults from the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), speak about their experiences with mental illness. Mental health is a topic we don't discuss often or openly and should talk more about. All parents, adults and kids in grades 6 and up are invited to attend and learn how to help a friend, your child or yourself. Topics will include anxiety, depression, self harm, and more. Panel discussion will take place from 6 pm-7 pm in the WJJMS Black Box Theater with free pizza at 5:45 pm. Local resources will be available after the event.
