Lace up your hiking boots, leash up the dog, air up your bike tires, dust off your work gloves, slip on your trail runners, grab a paddle or saddle up your horse and HIT THE TRAIL! Colchester, Hebron and East Hampton Parks and Recreation departments host this observance of the American Hiking Society's 26th Annual National Trails Day. Open to the public and FREE for all ages! A long-standing celebration of America's magnificent trail system and its countless supporters and volunteers, National Trails Day (NTD) is celebrated in all 50 states and Puerto Rico.
