Tuesday, 11/23, 5 pm-8 pm - Portland Housing Authority , 9 Chatham Court Portland (This clinic will offer Pfizer vaccine for 5-11 year olds only)
Saturday, 11/27. 11 am-2 pm - East Hampton Middle School. 19 Childs Rd East Hampton (This clinic will offer Pfizer vaccine for 5-11 year olds only)

For awareness, the CDC has made the following recommendation:
People 65 years and older and residents in long-term care settings should receive a booster shot of Pfizer-BioNTech’s COVID-19 vaccine at least 6 months after their Pfizer-BioNTech primary series,
People aged 50–64 years with underlying medical conditions should receive a booster shot of Pfizer-BioNTech’s COVID-19 vaccine at least 6 months after their Pfizer-BioNTech primary series,
People aged 18–49 years with underlying medical conditions may receive a booster shot of Pfizer-BioNTech’s COVID-19 vaccine at least 6 months after their Pfizer-BioNTech primary series, based on their individual benefits and risks, and
People aged 18-64 years who are at increased risk for COVID-19 exposure and transmission because of occupational or institutional setting may* receive a booster shot of Pfizer-BioNTech’s COVID-19 vaccine at least 6 months after their Pfizer-BioNTech primary series, based on their individual benefits and risks. (occupational or institutional setting" includes teachers, healthcare workers, and anyone with a job that involves high degrees of human contact.)

Please also note DPH’s guidance related to eligibility verification including DPH affirming that it, “continues to support patient self-identification and attestation as a sufficient basis for confirming that an individual is within one of the categories for whom boosters are recommended.”
