Summer Reading @ Cragin Memorial Library

Imagine Your Story

It's that time of year again, time for summer reading.

This year's theme is IMAGINE YOUR STORY

Our summer reading program is for readers of ALL ages. Readers can register and start logging minutes on June 8, 2020

This year's summer will be a little bit different.

While we're still having programs for readers of all ages, these programs will be virtual. Most of the programs will be recorded on our Facebook page or our new YouTube channel. They will be permanent links, with the exception of the Sharing Stories and the CES storytimes. For copyright issues, those videos will only be posted for 1 week.

We WILL have some family programs via Zoom: (see the attachments for more details)

Baby Storytimes: Weekly (please reigster via Facebook)

Prizes will be available once the library re-opens.

Kids and teens can read for Cragin cash after they've earned their reading bag. Adults win free books for each book they read.

There are weekly raffles for kids (beanie babies), teens (Funkos), and adults (local business gift cards) for those who check out books from the library.

Please take a look at our Summer Reading Calendar for Kids, our Children's program descriptions, and our Teen Summer Reading Brochure.
