2018 Colchester Annual Top Dog Contest
Enter to win the coveted #1 dog tag from the Colchester Town Clerk's Office and a basket donated by John Gagnon's Pet Resort. In order to enter into the contest you must pre-register your dog for the 2018-2019 license year.

Youth Summer Registration has Started
The Summer trip calendar has been released and copies can be found in the Youth Services office at Town Hall. To see a listing of programs and to register click here.

Spring Bark for the Park

Colchester Town Green
The Colchester Dog Park Committee is sponsoring this 7th annual event. Rain date of Sunday, June 3rd. Featured will be a Lucky Duck Egg Hunt for the dogs, May baskets, photos, a blessing of the dogs, and other canine entertainment. Town Clerk will be present doing dog license renewals so be sure to bring proof of Rabies vaccination. The Shelter Dog Bed Project will be there collecting donations of clean linens. Community Conversations - Chasing the Dragon
Thursday, May 24, 2018, 5:30pm-7:30pm
Bacon Academy Auditorium
This program educates community members, parents and students about the dangers of addiction and how to avoid them. The film will be followed by a panel discussion, including the US Attorneys Office, the Drug Enforcement Administration, and a local parent who lost her son to opiods in 2016.

Colchester Giving Garden
The garden is up and running for its sixth growing season. The garden is an all-volunteer run vegetable garden that grows and donates fresh produce for those in need. All the vegetables grown are donated to the town food bank, town lunch program and local soup kitchens. New volunteers are welcome. Weekly work nights at the garden will take place behind the Senior Center on Tuesday's at 5pm. For more information email
