This year we will be sending out one bill for real estate with 2 installment vouchers. Please submit one in July with payment and one in January. You will not receive a second bill.

Assessment change notices were mailed recently. Any questions regarding your assessment should be directed to our Assessor's Office. These assessments are for the 2007 Grand List, billing began for this grand list in July 2008.
Deliquent motor vehicle taxes are reported to DMV on a regular basis. DMV requires all town motor vehicle taxes be paid and up to date prior to registering any vehicle. Methods of payment are: cash, money order, bank check or personal check. However, If paid with a personal check a release will not be issued for 10 days.
Please note, any person wishing to pay their second half taxes in December for federal tax purposes must do so prior to 12:00 p.m. on Friday, December 31, 2008. The Town Hall will be closing at noon in observance of the New Year holiday.
