Meeting Dates
The monthly meetings of the Parks & Recreation Commission will take place as follows:
The first Monday of every month (unless a holiday or otherwise noted) from 7:00 pm-10:00 pm (6:00 pm for Sport's Council) at the Town Hall, or otherwise noted, with the exception of July when there is no meeting.

August 6, 2012 - RECPLEX PAVILION – weather permitting - Town Hall Meeting Room 3
September 10, 2012 - (Due to Labor Day) (Sport’s Council at 6:00 pm) - Town Hall Meeting Room 3
October 1, 2012 - Town Hall Meeting Room 2
November 5, 2012 - CRAGIN ROOM B (Due to Elections)
